Mosaic tiler — Refugio County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a mosaic tiler in Refugio County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level What we are looking for: • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites 5+ years on the tools preferred.
