Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Shira, Bauchi State. On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time, day shift.
