Line cook • Nkwerre, Imo State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Nkwerre, Imo State. On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
