Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours.
