Meat cutter • Keffi, Nasarawa State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Keffi, Nasarawa State. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. On a typical shift you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Rotating shifts.
