Chef de partie wanted in Ukwa West

Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Ukwa West, Abia State. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On the job you will handle: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch 1+ years on the tools preferred.
