Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State. You will be based on a road construction project. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence The role involves spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Share your details and we will call you back.
