Bakery assistant — Akamkpa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Akamkpa, Cross River State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
