Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing The role involves apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels.
