Urgent requirement: dogger (Kano State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dogger in Bunkure, Kano State. On a typical shift you will coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position. Ideal candidate: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
