Meat cutter — Olorunsogo

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Olorunsogo, Oyo State. You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Full-time, day shift.
