Urgent requirement: halal butcher (Illinois)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a halal butcher in Perry County, Illinois. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
