Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Strong attention to safety and load limits The role involves: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
