You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On the job you will handle: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Part-time with flexible hours.
