Great opportunity: we are hiring a banksman in Agatu, Benue State. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness On the job you will handle: • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
