Pot washer wanted in Dixie County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Dixie County, Florida. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
