Urgent requirement: sausage maker (Borno State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Mobbar, Borno State. The job is in a meat processing plant. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. ₦160,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
