Powder coating line operator — Pasco County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Pasco County, Florida. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
