Car painter — Dixie County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a car painter in Dixie County, Florida. You will work in an automotive paint and panel workshop. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes On a typical shift you will compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
