You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
