Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Askira-Uba, Borno State. The job is at a halal meat counter. The role involves: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter ₦90,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
