Head baker wanted in Prayagraj

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
