Captain waiter — Coke County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Coke County, Texas. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Clear and reset tables between covers • Check back during the meal and handle special requests Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
