Oven operator — Irwin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Irwin County, Georgia. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
