Sand plant operator — Ifedore

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Ifedore, Ondo State. You will be based at an aluminium die-casting plant. On the job you will handle: • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes You should have: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry Full-time, day shift.
