Cake decorator — Mason County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Mason County, Washington. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Your main tasks: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity 5+ years on the tools preferred.
