Trainee butcher — Esit Eket

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Esit Eket, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day to day you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around ₦175,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
