Kitchen cook • Bagudo, Kebbi State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Bagudo, Kebbi State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
