Foundry worker wanted in Imeko Afon

Now hiring: we are hiring a foundry worker in Imeko Afon, Ogun State. You will work on the moulding line. Requirements: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection On a typical shift you will melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity.
