Earthmoving equipment operator • Barde, Yobe State

Immediate opening: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Barde, Yobe State. You should have: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes On a typical shift you will carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
