Scullery hand • Epe, Lagos State

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Epe, Lagos State. On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Full-time with occasional weekends.
