Halal butcher wanted in Burt County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Burt County, Nebraska. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
