Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Pinellas County, Florida. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar 4+ years on the tools preferred.
