Pastry baker — Mangu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Mangu, Plateau State. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking.
