Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Zaki, Bauchi State. The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Full-time with occasional weekends.
