Immediate opening: we are hiring an estate gardener in Lapai, Niger State. The role involves prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Happy to work outdoors in all weather At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
