Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Okene, Kogi State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
