Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Dodge County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain Ideal candidate: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
