Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₦150,000 per project, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
