Butcher — Egbedore

Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Egbedore, Osun State. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Six days a week, one day off.
