Painter and decorator — Pottawatomie County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma. The job is at a busy decorating firm. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Own brushes and basic hand tools The role involves: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
