You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. We are looking for quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths; confident knife skills and safe blade handling; comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers.
