Punch press operator wanted in Jefferson County

Join our team: we are hiring a punch press operator in Jefferson County, Florida. The job is at a white goods manufacturing plant. Day to day you will carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; record output and downtime on the production sheet; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components. What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses Rotating shifts.
