Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Full-time, day shift.
