Bakery assistant wanted in Billiri

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Billiri, Gombe State. On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided.
