Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Chambers County, Alabama. You will be based at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
