Immediate opening: captain waiter (Osun State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Ife Central, Osun State. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Day-to-day duties: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) 4+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
