Finishing plasterer — Dutse

Great opportunity: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Dutse, Jigawa State. The job is on a commercial fit-out project. Day to day you will patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming. You should have: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
