Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Pima County, Arizona. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
