Tandoor cook wanted in Gokana

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Gokana, Rivers State. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. ₦280,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
